Good Things Expected*

 by Companies in the
Next __ Months

Good Things Expected* is envisioned as an online distributed program in which fee-paying companies can describe to a panel of investment professionals the good things which the companies expect to occur within the next __ months.

The companies will be provided with a suggested format for a 10-minute presentation and the questions that some of the investment experts are likely to ask in the 10 to15-minute Q&A period following. The companies will prepare their presentations remotely in their facilities and be able to demonstrate products, as well as using charts and other visual aids.

As the companies presenting will either be those which are publicly traded or are in a capital raising mode all applicable securities offering regulations will be recognized and accommodated. My wife describes the suggested services as being digital Road Shows, which were broadly used in the past.

The restricted audience able to access the website of Good Things Expected* will be subscription fee-paying professional and accredited investors. It is possible that there will be a different version for companies which are already publicly traded and those seeking capital. The service for companies seeking capital could be called “2B Capital Seekers*”. A service provided by both services could be the making digitally available appropriate company provided information.

Both services may be sponsored by several investor advisory services, as well as others seeking access to professional and accredited investors.

Both services will disclaim any knowledge of the presenting companies other than that presented, and no data verification or endorsement will be offered or implied. Companies presenting will be required to execute documents indicating that they understand that all information provided will be truthful and that hopes, and opinions will be stated as being distinct from facts. The companies will also be required to indemnify the services from all presentation-related harm or damage, including the cost of defending all presenting company information related claims.

Good Things Expected* will use a moderator-host and the panel of investment experts can either be fixed or revolving. The individuals appearing for the presenting companies will be advised as to when they will be contacted to respond to the questions of the panel, so that they may wear the same clothes as when the presentation was made. The role of the investment panels will be to clarify understandings and NOT to judge the market’s or investors’ likely reaction to the event if it occurs as expected. They will NOT be asked to make a buy or sell judgement, just to be sure that they understand the importance to the company of the expected event.

Good Things Expected* will require producer(s), a director, investment professionals for the panel, technical advisors and administrators, and an ability to attract presenting companies, recruit subscribing viewers, as well as to obtain advertising sponsors. Organizations such as Bloomberg, Dow Jones, SP Global, CNBC and their competitors already have much of that which will be needed.

Presenting companies, investors and Good Things Expected* would all benefit from that envisioned.
