Change Coming* is a revenue generating video presentation of the changes which will be happening in the community within the next __ months. The presenters will pay a fee and there will be sponsors. In the case of a PBS station producer there could be donation fee level for viewer questions and comments used in the Q&A segment of the presentation.

The presenters could include elected officials, government agencies, non-profit entities, and commercial companies. The audience will be those vitally interested in assertedly improved change in conditions and services impacting the community.

The format would be a host- moderator or possibly fixed or revolving panel probing presenters as to assuredly of change commencing within the __ month period, cost of the making the change, resources required and projected significance of the change. Who will benefit and what will they have to do to benefit will be areas of query?

The presenters will be given a format and will prepare and present themselves remotely. The presenters may make as many efforts as they wish and only transfer the best one to the studio’s address. They will be encouraged to use videos of facilities or products in demonstrations. They will be advised of likely questions.

Only the host or panel will ever have to be in the TV studio. The host or panel will be able to interact with the presenters in the same presentation response period, after viewing their individual presentations. The presenters will be advised of the scheduling of their interview segment so that they may wear the same clothes as when making the presentation. It will be presented as being “live” but will in fact be delayed for production efficiency. All of Change Coming can be prepared in advance of its presentation or distribution. It is not expected to be a live event.

There will have to be a producer(s) and a director for Change Coming and a station effort to obtain presenters, sponsors and possibly audience participants.

The result will be a monthly TV and internet distributed product which will inform the likely to be impacted viewing public of good things coming, an opportunity for the presenters to justify their efforts and fee generation for the station producing Change Coming.
