Consider the following bets:

X company stock selected by a Club member will outperform the S&P 500 by 200% in the next 180 days.

X company stock will outperform the stock of __ selected by a Club member in the next 30 days.

The stock of __ selected by a Club member will outperform the stock of __ selected by a Club member in the next 90 days.

The DoBetter Club members initiating bets may be those who are recommending the stocks or who have better knowledge about the company than is generally possible from a study of publicly available data.

The Club members’ winning bets will have an excellent Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and those losing will only suffer a total loss of the amount wagered.

The initiating Club member may select any stock in the S&P 500 or other companies for which the data is available.

The initiating Club member has 3 time periods to choose from: 30 days, 90 days. and 180 days.

The initiating Club member may bet as many $200 betting units as are matched by funds deposited in their Club account.

The DoBetter Club will attempt to arrange for a Club member counterparty necessary for a bet to be made. The Club will always function as a broker, and never as a principal, in any transaction. The Club will be paid 10% of the Club member’s winnings as its fee for the services provided.

DoBetter Club membership will be open to all adults having deposited at least $200 in their DoBetter Club account. Club member winnings will be available for client instructed transfer the day following the close of the betting period.

The DoBetter Club will include in its calculation of stock performance the dividends and any other payments which have gone ex during the betting period.

The DoBetter Club is not yet in operation, and we seek an affiliation with companies wishing to collaborate with us in the offering of the envisioned brokerage services.
